This week on the podcast is part one of our interview with Tom Freer. Tom is the founder and owner of Freer Percussion, and for many years he was also the Assistant Principal Timpanist and Section Percussionist in the Cleveland Orchestra. Tom is a quintessential music entrepreneur and created his manufacturing, distribution and retail business by applying what he learned over the years as a performer and teacher.  If you have an interest in a portfolio career, or might be wondering how to get a manufacturing business off the ground, you'll want to hear what Tom has to say.

This week on the podcast is part two of our interview with Tom Gober. He’s the owner of Gracylane, a multi-store fashion and accessories retail chain in northeast Ohio, and recently launched a jewelry brand that focuses on sterling silver rings.  Tom has an interesting story because he didn’t start out on a typical path to become an arts entrepreneur—he studied chemical engineering and worked in that industry for many years before leaving corporate America to open his first store. If you're currently working in another industry and thinking of becoming an arts entrepreneur, Tom's story might just inspire you to take the leap!

Today we release part two of our interview with Anna Kelberg-Kim. She's the Founder of Kelberg Law, a law firm that specializes in entertainment law, intellectual property and immigration law. Anna will share her journey from Kazakhstan to practicing law in the US, and we'll discuss a variety of intellectual property issues. Legal matters can be fairly dry, so we decided to be creative in crafting lighthearted "real-world" scenarios that artists will likely encounter in their careers.  The topics discussed are relevant to all in the arts, so please join us for this informative interview! https://kelberglaw.com
