A serial entrepreneur, Monika founded Art World Expo in 2010 and launched the Art World Podcast in 2022.  She is also the owner of Monika’s Art Boutique & Studio in North Vancouver, where she leads a team of educators and creators who service over 200 students monthly via art programs and specialty workshops for kids, adults and seniors.

Prior to founding Salyers Percussion, Bruce enjoyed a wide variety of experiences as a musician: he was a middle and high school band director,  a percussion instructor at Harding College and had a successful private teaching studio. As a performer he’s played with ensembles such as the Arkansas Symphony and Pine Bluff Orchestras, and has published music compositions.

Recognizing the collaboration between corporate executives and artists, she decided to become an artist and ultimately worked with many fashion brands to design their illustrations, custom signs, murals and pop-up stores and events.  From there she expanded her arts offerings by creating original art, exhibiting in galleries and designing installations for homes, brands and special events.
